Delete Your Data

Last updated: 19 September 2026

ColorFable – Kids Coloring is an Android app made by Acuity Tech Apps (“we”, “our”, or “us”). ColorFable does not use accounts. Parents and users can delete the app’s on-device data themselves, and can ask us to delete applicable data we hold by emailing support@acuitytechapps.com.

Request deletionAnswered within 30 days, usually much sooner.

This page explains how to delete data connected with ColorFable, and what we can and cannot delete. It follows the ColorFable Privacy Policy, which describes everything the app handles in full.

2.ColorFable Has No Accounts

ColorFable does not require or offer user accounts. There is no sign-in, no username and no ColorFable cloud, so there is no account to close. Most of what the app stores never leaves the device, and you can delete it yourself at any time (section 3). For anything held off the device, a parent or the app’s user can ask us to delete it by email (section 4).

3.Delete Data on Your Device

These are stored only on the device, and we never receive them:

  • Your child’s first name, if one was entered in Settings
  • Drawings, saved artwork and drafts
  • Coins, rewards, streaks, daily challenges, unlocked stories and progress
  • The parental PIN and parental control settings
  • Today’s screen time, if a daily limit is on
  • Sound, music, haptic and reduced-motion preferences

To delete them, uninstall ColorFable. Uninstalling permanently removes everything the app stored on the device. You can also clear the app’s storage in Android’s Settings › Apps › ColorFable › Storage (the exact names vary by device), which removes the same data but keeps the app installed.

Because this data never reaches us, we cannot delete it for you, and it cannot be recovered once it is removed. If you copied it to another phone or tablet with a device-to-device transfer, delete it on that device as well.

One item outlives uninstalling. If a parent has bought ColorFable Premium, RevenueCat saves its random, anonymous App User ID in Google’s Block Store, and Google may back it up to the Google account on the device. This lets the subscription be recognised after a reinstall or on a new device. The saved ID is a random code that points only to the subscription record — it is not a ColorFable account or a profile of your child, and it contains no name, age, drawing or usage information — and it exists only after a purchase. Uninstalling does not remove it; when we delete your subscription records on request (section 5), the ID is no longer linked to any purchase history we control.

4.Request Deletion by Email

To ask us to delete data held off the device, email support@acuitytechapps.com with the subject “ColorFable data deletion request”. Please include:

  • that you are asking for ColorFable data to be deleted;
  • if you subscribed to ColorFable Premium, the Google Play order number from your purchase receipt (it begins with “GPA.”), so we can find the subscription records; and
  • anything else you would like us to delete, such as earlier support emails.

Please do not send your child’s personal details or artwork — we do not need them. We may ask a follow-up question to confirm that a request about a subscription comes from the person who bought it.

We answer deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. Our reply says what we deleted, and what, if anything, has to be kept and why.

5.What We Can Delete

Subscription records we control

With the Google Play order number, we can find the records RevenueCat holds for ColorFable on our behalf — product and plan identifiers, purchase tokens and order identifiers, dates and subscription status, RevenueCat’s anonymous App User ID, and the technical details sent with each request (device platform, make and model, Android and app version, language and locale, Google Play store country, and the approximate location RevenueCat works out from the network address) — and delete what we control, subject to section 6.

Your emails to us

Support emails are deleted once a request is resolved and no longer needed, and in any case no later than 24 months after the last message. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Usage counts, crash reports and performance measurements

These go to Google Firebase with the device details and approximate location described in the Privacy Policy, tied only to random identifiers Firebase creates for this installation — not to a name, email address or account — and the app does not show those identifiers. So we cannot tell which child or family sent a given report, and cannot pick out one family’s reports to delete. Uninstalling the app stops any further reports, a reinstall starts with new identifiers, and existing reports are kept only for the retention periods set in Firebase.

6.What May Be Retained

Some records may have to be kept after a deletion request:

  • Google Play billing records. Google Play processes every payment and keeps its own purchase and billing records under Google’s policies. We cannot delete them; Google’s own privacy tools cover data in your Google account.
  • RevenueCat records. RevenueCat may keep transaction records it is legally required to hold, and records may persist in its backups for a limited period before they are overwritten.
  • Transaction, legal and fraud-prevention records. Where the law requires it — for example tax and accounting rules — or where a record is needed to handle a refund, chargeback or dispute, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to establish or defend legal claims, the minimum needed may be kept for as long as that purpose lasts.
  • Your request itself. We keep the email thread about your request as a record that it was handled, within the 24-month limit above.

Anything kept is used only for the purpose it was kept for, and is deleted when that purpose ends.

7.Deleting Data Does Not Cancel a Subscription

Neither a deletion request nor uninstalling the app cancels ColorFable Premium. To cancel: Google Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › ColorFable › Cancel. Premium normally stays active until the end of the period already paid for. See Subscriptions and Billing in the Privacy Policy.

8.Limits of Deletion

  • We can delete only data we hold, or that our service providers hold on our behalf and let us delete.
  • We cannot delete data that stays on your device and never reaches us; only uninstalling or clearing the app does that.
  • We cannot delete records that Google keeps in your Google account or under its own obligations, including the Block Store copy of RevenueCat’s anonymous ID described in section 3.
  • Where the law or section 6 requires a record to be kept, we keep it only as long as needed and tell you in our reply.
